Constant Mapping - fadeddata - 12-07-2023 In the mapping would it be possible to get some kind of constant source value? I'm trying to do it with addition but it's not working. Generally I have some MIDI CC's that I want to set and I have no way to set them to a fixed value. I'm able to set row values but I can't seem to find away to just get a constant value. Also is it possible to get the CC's to display in hex? I have a bunch of notes where I've written down hex values and I'll have to convert them all to decimal :/ Seems like it would make sense under the "Calculate/Compute" functions. Just a Constant and the operand would be 0-FFF Almost seems like it's possible. I have the following but it doesn't seem to be working. 00 VAR RW00 #FFF > CV PTCH CV1 But if I do something a little weird it does work: 00 VAR RW01 #FFF > CV PTCH CV1 01 ---- ---- ---- > CV PTCH CV1 This hack does not work for MCON TC, it does work for setting the pitch out of CV1. RE: Constant Mapping - XORadmin - 12-07-2023 VAR>RW00 and the constant is the way to go. But I see the issue here (as in a little bug). If applied on the same row it is not passing the value to the destination. Use any row for now other than the one you are on or a variable and it'll be fine. Like this: 00 VAR>RW40>#000 > MCON ..... |
