Hi
I don't understand why now it goes to stop on its own even here when I press any button

I don't know what you mean exactly? What do you mean by 'stop'.
What I can see in your pictures is that it can't auto-load your last project. That could be an issue with the project itself or with your SD-Card.

it no longer lets me access the "load menu" with multi-io connected it stops after I press "shift start" alone, if I disconnect the multi-io it doesn't stop. I removed the SD card but it still gives me an error. Can I send you a video via email? it won't let me upload it here to the forum

OK, problem solved. It was an enabled video expander while none was connected and that could generate ghost-key presses.
