Implement Disting I2C note events - recliq - 08-20-2025 Hi Thomas, would it be possible to implement the I2C note commands for the Disting EX as well? If I understand the current implementation correct, you implemented the the commands for the disting (EX.Vxx) using the voice commands on the disting (0x51, 0x52,0x53) which explicitly address the voices on the disting. It would be very nice to have also the note commands (0x54,0x55,0x56) because they behave a bit different on the disting, eg. these would be mapped to the voices on the disting using the same round robin method as midi notes. Best way to implement this may be another option to select which method to use (voice or note), since you send the note/voice off command on stop and these are different commands for the different methods. I'd very much like to hear what you are thinking about this. Best regardsĀ recliq RE: Implement Disting I2C note events - recliq - 10-09-2025 Is this something that could even be considered? RE: Implement Disting I2C note events - flel - 10-12-2025 I would support this feature RE: Implement Disting I2C note events - recliq - 03-13-2026 Hey Thomas, so no answer since 5 months I guess that means no... I'll move on then and search for a different solution, might resort back to midi although i liked the internal I2C connection and possibilities. It's till the best eurorack sequencer for me ![]() GreetsĀ recliq |
