MIDI thru on Multi-IO? - rubberband - 02-20-2026

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to configure one of the TRS ports on the Multi-IO to act as MIDI thru?  My use case is that I'd like to use the NerdSeq as a MIDI class compliant interface to send SYSEX configuration files from my computer to other modules.  I'd connect my my computer to the NerdSeq via USB, use Sysex Librarian to send the file, and have the NerdSeq just pass it along over a MIDI Thru port to my device.

This is to save me having to buy a dedicated MIDI interface for the computer that I'll probably use once every year.

Thanks!

There is no direct thru function included currently. Only a merge function which does filter out sysex.
