UI Colors - rikrak - 01-10-2019 Would it be possible to allow the user to choose an alternate color scheme? When using the on-screen keyboard to name patterns or projects, I find it almost impossible to see which letter is currently highlighted. This may be partly down to my colorblindness. I can only see the red(?) background highlight by moving the selection back and forth so there is some movement to detect. This got me thinking that it would be extremely helpful to be able to choose from different color schemes. Furthermore, it would be incredible if we could choose colors for individual patterns on the main sequencer page. This would aid memory and allow similar patterns with non-contiguous hex values to be identified as linked in some way. Just got my NerdSeq before Xmas (thanks for the 'card"!) I have never used a tracker before but I am loving it so far. Thanks! RE: UI Colors - LowOveR - 01-10-2019 different color-shemes are on thomas list , if i remeber that right , but it does not have the highest priority... dunno if different colors for the patches are possible.. RE: UI Colors - XORadmin - 01-12-2019 Hey yes totally rigtht. It's on my 2do list from day 1 (i used different colour schemes for the Nerdsynth already, you can see them at the Nerdseq photos on facebook). But as it doesn't really add functionality for sequencing, i didn't do it yet. However, the functionality is already partly included and it needs only the screen to set it up. I think i give it a go on some rainy day. For the colours of the patterns there is also the plan to make pattern groups and each group of patterns can get a free assignable colour on the sequencer screen. |
