There are a lot of times in both Sequencer and Pattern screens where I want to copy a bulk section of multiple tracks onto another section further down to piece them together very quiclkly, or add notes or rhythms from one Pattern block down to the next page, but the [--] value is carried as well, overwriting any information already on that step. I would love a way maybe in song setup to enable or disable a way for Copy/Paste to ignore blank values when moving data!

Do you mean a merge function where only things get merged on empty fields?

Yes, i think that is a better way to word it. Merge vs Replace on Paste
