Midi recording question - shankzz - 05-28-2020
I am trying to use the midi recording feature by setting 'Midi Channel 1' to 'Track 1 Input' in 'Record Setup'. This works as indicated in the manual, but I have the following questions:
1. Why is polyphonic recording not supported in this mode, but only supported in 'Track 1 Record' mode? It would be really useful to support polyphonic input in this mode as well, on midi tracks.
2. In this mode, I have to manually advance the cursor to capture the next note. Is it possible to advance the cursor automatically once the note release is detected?
I am not using the 'Track 1 Record' mode as I am not good at playing live to key in what I want.
