Is it possible to set up CV16 with LFOs on each output, without dedicating 3 tracks to CV16 tracks?
Doing my best with the manual, it seems like the LFO assignment happens per output on a CV16 track, but you are limited to 6 outputs per track.
Do CV16 LFOs have the same parameters as the automator LFOs, particularly the clock sources, or is the speed always free running? Can an automator be set up to send to a CV16 output?

You are not limited to 6 outputs per track. Just assign the LFO's in the FX column on the one track.
The automator LFO and the CV16 LFO are 2 different kind of LFO with different parameters etc.
The automator destinations can also be any CV16 output, however i wouldn't use them all since it always means traffic on the expander bus.

Yes start modulator is correct.
The voltage output depends on your LFO settings.

Got it sorted out, thanks so much. Was getting thrown off with A-H vs 1-8 and had one of my tracks set to Add instead of Pure.
It's working great. So amazing to be able to edit so many modulation settings per step.
