Hi,
This is the 3rd time this has happened. The sequencer is playing some tracks - I go into the sample track (which is empty) and try to enter something in the Fx column - the whole sequencer crashes and restarts. I do not stop the sequencer when I go into the sample track to make an entry.
Using the latest firmware v1.23
Thanks for looking into this as it's becoming a problem for me!

Hey, that doesn't sound good at all.
Did you have this issue also with V1.22 or earlier?
Can you maybe add or send me your projectfile so i can see if it is related to it.

I can't send the project file I'm afraid as I hadn't saved the song!
I will try to recreate this for you and send over when I can (might not be until Thursday though). I think I have another project saved where it happened before.
I think it's related to v1.23 (can't remember if I was using the beta of v1.22 when it happened before). will make some checks and get back to you soon!

Ok. I will also play a bit around and try to break it.
But it happens once you edit the FX in a sample track, right?

yes - have some stuff playing in other tracks, then while the sequencer is playing - go into the sample track (I used track 7) enter a pattern then try to enter something into the FX column - it should crash.
or at least mine does!

OK, i found it already and can reproduce following what you do.
The problem is the Retrigger command with 0000 as value. This got a new special function to trigger/retrigger the envelopes since V1.22 (and retrigger sample). But if there is no sample yet it crashes.
I will fix it first thing in the morning.

i never actually got to find out what command crashed it - on mine it would crash as soon as i went to choose a value.
