Glide Curve Adjustment - knights who say neve - 01-15-2018 The glide curves seem to be linear. It would be cool to have an option to adjust these to a more exponential or log response. Suggestion - an fx that would set this for glide, on a scale with 000 as max log, 7FF as linear, and FFF as max expo response. This would be a cool addition to envelope segments too, when envelopes are added (Although having wrote this, maybe it's possible to sort of fake this in a piecewise linear way, by using a table and having the glide rate speed up or slow down from the beginning to the end of the table. But the software would do a better job of making a nice curve). RE: Glide Curve Adjustment - XORadmin - 01-15-2018 Yes, still linear for now, and i plan also to add logarithmic and exponential curves for it. Not the most important point on my list, but it will come one day! RE: Glide Curve Adjustment - geremy - 07-17-2021 I'm bumping this because I have found that log/expo curve, especially on slide, to be pretty key to creating certain acid sounds. RE: Glide Curve Adjustment - mgd - 07-17-2021 You can try to achieve this with the FX ADD/SUB/MULT/DIV functions, possibly by cascading them. |
