Program Change (to Pedal) on different MIDI Channel - sak-rwsd - 01-31-2021
Hi,
Is it possible to send a program change to another MIDI channel than that assigned to a MIDI track? I have one of the Nerdseq oscillators that I want to play through a particular patch on my Microcosm Pedal (sounds really lovely!). So I need to send PC #19 to Midi Channel 16. I don't believe I can send this from the sample track itself, so I've went into one of my MIDI tracks and was trying to do this via the FX, but I only see PC as it's own column, which makes me think it has to be sent on the MIDI channel assigned to the MIDI track. Maybe I'm missing something? I know that the CC messages can be sent out on different MIDI channels, though haven't tried this out yet. That's coming a bit later tonight, and seems more straightforward.

Program change is only for the current selected midi channel of the track indeed.
