MIDI - Clone to CV16 - anamorphic - 02-11-2021 Currently, if a track is assigned to MIDI and the 'Clone to Modular' setting is enabled, MIDI notes and note off from the first note column are sent to the local CV and gate output of the track. Is a 'Clone to CV16' setting planned for a future release to assign note columns in a MIDI track to each of the CV16 expander outputs? As an example, if Track 4 is assigned to MIDI, could note columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 be assigned to CV16 expander outputs 13,14,15,16 respectively? But it is like this on a CV16 track. There you can decide how many columns should be affected by the midi data for playing and recording. As for a midi track, it is not related to any expander at all. See a Midi Track (and any other tracktypes) as an output. The Midi input is a different thing and is basically only routed to the tracktypes and do their magic there depending on the track settings (for most). I think I've found what I'm looking for on p.83 of the Manual Rev V1.23: Track Setup (More CV16 Expander) - Record Voices: Sets the amount of voices which can be recorded from Midi. Thanks. Love the FX selector by the way! |
