Sending MIDI notes from a pattern in an I2C/Multi track

So I am trying to send MIDI notes from an I2C/Multi track in the pattern screen. I managed to send MIDI notes from the drum matrix by setting it to "MIDI TRxx", a channel and note, but this doesn't exist for the first six columns in the pattern screen (as also stated in the manual). How do I then send a specific note from the pattern screen (with given mods) via MIDI using the MIDI TRS-A out port? Sending CV by setting the destination as CV-MOD works, but this is not what I need. I tried setting the destination to MAPPING, and then in the mapping screen specifying GLOB SEQV (as suggested in the manual) as the source and MIDI (+ a corresponding channel) as destination but this doesn't work.

You use a midi track for it.
I didn’t implement it into an Multi/I2C track since a midi track is much more powerful for dedicated midi stuff.
