I’ve had this incredible sequencer for a few weeks now, but there’s just one problem: the groove.
Alternating between 5 and 7 is already more than enough for my taste. I’d like to be able to replicate the 1–10% range available in the Master Swing on individual tracks..
Having swing only on the Master is really too limiting for what I’d like to do
Does anyone know if there’s a way to achieve this?

I love the way we can create random pitch values on existing steps, as you can keep what works and randomize again if you don’t like it. It would be great to do something similar with gates/triggers e.g mark a section and randomly add gates. Is it impossible without having to patch from another channel and live loop record?

If I'm previewing a value that has an envelope attached, it only fires the envelope -
It'd be SUPER nice if the envelope is ADSR it is treated as the gate being open as long as I hold the button down, instead of one-shotting it!

Or, to be clear - if holding down the button is the same as the gate being open, and everything else downstream reacting corectly to that.

Something I've been missing in the Nerdseq for a while now while using the M8 is how the M8 allows you click shift when on any cell, and clicking shift on another cell puts that value down.

For Nerdseq it'd make perfect sense to do this with simply pressing shift on a cell and that value would now be the 'last value' for when you enter values.
It makes editing very fast and fluid, and I feel myself constantly reaching for it!

Maybe something similar already exists, I couldn't find it in the manual, if so let me know.

Apologies if I've missed this, I've tried to find this in the manual and haven't so far... Just received a NS with the Multi I/O and Video I/O.

It would be great, quicker, if you have the Video I/O with a USB keyboard to be able to type an effect name name in the pattern editor, rather than have to use the various scrolling options with the cursor buttons. 

Likewise with most of the other UI. To be able to just be able to type numbers in, just like the various Amiga Tracker programs, would be a lot quicker from a productivity point of view.

It would be lovely with a mapping function to be able to load next (or previous) project in the same folder, so I could do it with an external button press, instead of navigating, while playing live.

I'm currently playing with Nerdseq in a jazz trio, syncing my tempo from their Boss RC-600 loop pedals.

I'm syncing via USB host through Project > Clock IN > MIDI USB-Host.

Whenever they stop anything, such as a loop, my Nerdseq stops, even though other loops continue running.

Whenever they start anything, my clock starts again.

I would like to be able to control at least stop myself, and preferably also start, while still being synced to an external MIDI clock.

I couldn't really find a workaround in the manual. Did I miss something?

I really appreciate the new feature "user harmonics from MIDI keyboard", it opens a whole new world to me.

Could you add a multi-octave quantization mode ?

So it would be possible to quantize to less notes in the lower register (like only the root in the lower octave, then add the fifth in the second octave, and more notes in the higher octaves).

how is it that is can route i2c/multi tracks, which enable drummatrix screen triggers to be used, out of the Midi Out port of the IO gamepad expander?

If I assign a track type such as Trigger16 or Dualchord to a modular or audio track the lower right hand panel of the sequencer screen has no visual indicator that a track is active. 

The Midi track type does have an indicator thus for the sake of consistency can you consider adding visual indicator for all track types when they are active.

I was thinking in terms of a little red dot that blinked in time with the track steps?
