Pattern shift UP or DOWN

Hi ,

Certainly a dumb question and sorry for that, 

but in manual, I don’t find the shortcut for just shift pattern up or down , just find in manual a way to insert or delete some content which shift pattern.

I use this feature a lot in other sequencer

You Mark a block and then you can shift using the Nerd Menu.
Or you can shift triggers in the trigger column using SHIFT+OK+Cursor UP/DOWN.
