I want to make the melody I have attached in the image, but I don't know how the write the quintuplets (or sevtuplets....).
Could this be done using tables? Or it's better to do it in the pattern screen?
Can anyone help me?

A straight quintuplet is not exactly possible with the tables. A sextuplet can be done by doing triggers in the tables instead of gates.
The basic table speed if derived from the mainclock is 6 ticks per step. For the table that would be speed/ticks 1.
Looking at the possibilities. ( 1 is a gate on, 0 is a gate off and T is a trigger , X is a tick).
X X X X X X Ticks/step (ticks per quartnote)
1 T 0 1 T 0 Double
1 0 1 0 1 0 Triplet
T T 0 T 0 T Quadruplet (not straight)

T T T T T 0 Quintuplet (not straight)
T T T T T T Sextuplet
You could get these if really needed by doubling the main speed.
There is currently no separate ratcheting function although this is planned for a future update.

I have seen a possible solution/workaround done with another tracker, using the groove feature. If I understood well:
You have to change the ticks from 6 to 5 using in the Groove column, in the right of the pattern screen for these steps. And change the bpm clock in a relation 6/5 using FXcommands.
It does seems a bit tedious though.

I am not sure if that would do the job to get straight ones within a 4/4 measuring. Even with groove 5 you are based on the ticks.

You can do the same thing actually. But in the example all your notes are played in the speed, which is possible of course. You won't be able to get the music scores in that way. They are only 2 patterns in the example and these are also only based on the ticks. The results are similar limited.
Only real ratcheting could solve this.

No ratcheting means repeating a note equally X times within a step.
