Hi there! Very interested in this combination. I have CVM8 working now (thanks primarily to SynthBlu's great YouTube tutorial) and based on that video also invested into the F8R faderbank for additional modulation controls. Now my interested has shifted to adding TeleType for adding programmatic control and curious if this combination is possible? Has anyone successfully combined these? What settings would need to be altered to make these modules mesh smoothly with the NerdSeq?

It depends on how you connect and use all of these.
Teletype can only be a leader (and so can only every request or set data in the NerdSEQ but this can't be initiated from the NerdSEQ).
If you want to use the CVM8 and F8R together then those must be in follower mode on different addresses.
One possibility I could think of would be if the teletype is the leader of everything and all 3, NerdSEQ, CVM8 and FR8 in follower mode (on different addresses) . In that case you could define in the teletype (and don't ask me how) that some CVM8/F8R data gets passed through to the NerdSEQ and some is used in the teletype.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!

OK thanks I'll play around with this idea!
Regarding the F8R, is it possible to chain an F8R and 16n together for a total of 24 sliders?

Ok so I have gotten a bit obsessed with all the i2c connections because it's working so great and am looking to expand this ever further for more possibilities. Could I hypothetically:
1. Daisy chain together the F8R, CVM8 and Teletype (all providing input to NerdSeq but with only Teletype set as leader) on NerdSeq i2c bus A and daisy chain 2x Distings and Just Friends on bus B? Everything set to a unique address
Would this work?
Slighly more practical because of space considerations in the rack, would be:
2. Daisy chain together everything mentioned above on bus A using the front TRS connector. Bus B is not used.
Would that work?

Ok so I more-or-less managed to get everything connected and talking to each other. What is the status of the Teletype → NS mode? It would be great to directly program the NS from within Teletype.
