Sample subfolders management
#1
1/ It will be really nice that the nerdesq could manage subfolder when loading sample from the SDcard .
SD cards are so big (16Go) we can put a lot of samples on it, cool, but it's not practical to scroll thrue a thousands of samples up and down to build a sample set.

2 / why the sample (wave files in my case) are not sort by type and name when they appears in screen "sample slots / load sample" . I just don't understand how they are sorted.

1: It can manage subfolders. But it might not work if the folder names are too long.
2: Because this is an embedded system with a minimal file system and like no memory. Loading a whole directory into memory could take very much space. And without doing that a sorting is not possible.
The order is like they are on the SD card, generated by the system used to put the samples etc on it.
They are tools for PC and MAC which can sort the SDcart content and then it would be just as you want it to.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
