Tape Stop effect
#1
I think this would be a cool algorithm to add in the fx section for the sample tracks, what do you think?

Is there anyone who found a way to do this with envelope to pitch maybe, how did you set this up?

I'm just making my way thru the manual now and need to get an sd card reader in order to update the firmware so give me a break Cool

Could you elaborate a bit what you mean by "tape stop effect"?

Yeah no problem, the sound of stopping a cassette deck from playing for instance, it sounds like the audio gets pitched down. It would be cool to be able to program this on a step basis and perhaps have a control of the time it takes.

IDK if you are an Ableton Live user or not but this is a free device that does a good job of approximating the effect. If you make the time constants rather quick it sound like a fast envelope mapped to the pitch of the audio passing thru.

Try the glide effect.
Use glide 0 with the start of the sample and then a high glide value and a sample pitch change to
a c-0 or so. (Only the note, no volume or instrument)
That might work out well.
