[FIXED] MIDI Note Offs not being quantized

I ran into this problem earlier today. I generally don't use quantizers, but I've been playing with RN0 values for notes. It appears that note off messages are not being quantized on MIDI tracks, resulting in stuck notes. Global quantization is set to C minor pentatonic. A C# note on from an external keyboard is being quantized to C as I would expect, but the note off message is still being sent from the NS as C#. Latest firmware.
