About 3rd party midi port

Hello admin, yes I mean that Before, I used a pin cable to connect the midi port on the back of the nerdseq to the midi in out on the back of the Intellijel Designs 7U Stealth Case 104 HP. On the old nerdseq firmware version.it was indeed able to connect successfully and output the nerdseq's midi track from the back of the Intellijel Designs 7U Stealth Case to the DAW. However, I found that in the latest 2.0 version, if I connect it this way, the nerdseq will not start normally. I just want to know, has the use of third-party midi interfaces been removed in version 2.0?
