Hmm this might be a tricky one and I am not sure if it would work perfectly. If you got the MOD output unused you could use that one for the notes. In the mapping you would check for the trigger and if it is 1 then copy the note from the CV output to the MOD (or any other CV or MOD) output.

02 TRCK TRK1 NOT1 > CV NOTE MOD1 Get the last note from Track 1 and send it to MOD1 (or whatever you choose)
