I actually don't see a need for this. Beside the discussed options they are many more, including FX probabilities etc which can be simply changed in multiple ways.
Also the danger is that BPM is one of the FX and what about the requests for the hundreds of other FX functions which could have the RNx as well. That's basically what the random FX ranges are for.
