I2C output value freeze on V03.01

Hi

I'm experiencing an I2C output value freeze on V03.01:

Hardware:
Sweet Sixteen mkii -> Nerdseq -> ER-301+Disting NT

Issue:
When trying to send a modified I2C output to ER-301 through mapping setup.

After a short while all output I2C freezes.

I can confirm in Disting NT, that it stops receiving I2C.

Nerdseq is still showing an output is sent inside mapping setup.

I found it with a more elaborate calculation in mapping setup, but it is also happening with the following setup:



Midi/I2C setup:
I2C A Mode: 16N->NS -16
I2C A In Address: Hex: 31 Dec: 49
I2C B Mode: Out Merge
I2C B In Address: Hex: 31 Dec: 49

Mapping setup:
I2C SCCV #15 > I2C B CV #25
