what about something from -xy to 0 to +xy, to delay or advance the trig? 
-1 or +1 would be a tick or a sample... something way thinner than a clock division! 
maximum value (positive and negative) equivalent to a quarter note or an eighth...
Maybe CVable to have drunk drummer type of groove ?

Like in the beatstep pro (shift on the drum seq, right?), 
is there a technical or philosophical limitation to do so?

Some else, would it be possible to delay track 7 & 8?
for example my befaco kik is late in regards to the samples (normal, it's an analog circuitry)

You can already manipulate the Trigger/gate delay with functions CV-able or trough a LFO using the automators.
As for the add/remove ticks, i don't think it makes sense. Adding a tick would mean adding one in the grooves and removing would mean subtract one. Thats already possible for each step.

You have different possibilities to get some humanisation into your drum grooves. Use the automators again, change the trigger delays or lengths for example.
As for the issue with the befaco kickall. Are you sure that it is late? Analogue circuits can be much more on time than digital ones, so i guess if there isn't another problem with the kick or the way you control it. Just one guess is if you have trigger delay turned on the trigger which is used for the kickall?
As for the samples, these can be delayed with a trick, again in the groove settings. Give the first step a groove of 7 or more and remove the same amount on the last step. This delays the sequence (all but the first step...you could compensate by using another offset) for this time.
