That would not be possible. The same like with the Trigger16 and CV16. The Groove stuff is not possible to relate to only a few columns.
However, i plan to add fixed delays which can be assigned to the midi columns. Then you could indeed do kind of shuffle and kind of microtimings purely for dedicated notes.
