Short answer: no. It is not possible to fill in that much information in the columns like NSA2->CV output 9- of the CV16 expander >Note Value-> D#4
But: You can set the triggers/gates also from the CV16 columns. There you can use a column for the local (or other) tracks and then for the triggers/gates/notes.
