Here’s a quick update after doing a bit of CV16 swap testing across cases as well as running them as far out of the case as possible.
There was no definitive change in outputs of the best and worst expanders swapped from case to case. There may have been a small shift when moving from case to case but I think the modules also cooled a little in the process, so, meh, not definitive.
When running the worst one raised out of the case the error grew if anything, but I’m not treating that as even remotely scientific.
The most and least accurate expanders both have a “Pass QC6” sticker and the smaller, slightly darker green circular sticker on them.
The “middle” expander in terms of accuracy has a “Pass QC2” sticker and a larger, slightly lighter green circular sticker on it.
I have only this one expander with a “Pass QC2” sticker.
