Launch whole row - ignoring pattern length

If this row start feature would still follow global quepoint or global launch quantization while ignoring pattern length or waiting until the end of it's pattern, then this would be a much welcomed feature while using random jump FX too. If there was a way to get it to work with STSP... that would be even more sick.
