[FIXED] Patch CV# and Modulate # Note Values

I don't know if this is known or not but setting the CV# or Modulate # on a Patch with the *note* values doesn't seem to work. C-0 is 0v but I have to set all the way to B-9 to get even 0.27v. Using the hex values works fine. Also Shift-Ok does not quickly jump to Note values like the Mod does on the Pattern screen.
