How to transpose one track using the output of another

I would often use one sequencer's output to transpose another sequencer differently each step.

How do I accomplish this with 2 nerdseq tracks?

Input/Record Settings
CV1 IN -> Transpose Track X
CV2 IN -> Transpose Track X

Connect the inputs CV1 and CV2 together with a (buffered) multiple.
