uuuuhhh thank you very much for the quick reply - it's working now! Big Grin

I got confused with my jumble of unlabeled MIDI- and DIN-TRS adapters... and unfortunately the Bitbox manual states that the micro works with both, TRS A and B connections, which is definitely wrong.
Thanks for clearing that up.
