That has nothing to do with the NerdSEQ. When different Oscillators have the same pitch at e.g. C4 but differ at C6, then those Oscillators are not properly calibrated.
Consult the manuals of your Oscillators how to calibrate them.
As an afterthought:
If you have an Ornament & Crime module, a Disting 4 or Disting Ex, a Zeroscope or a Mordax Data, you could just measure the frequency that your Oscillators emit. Especially the O_C and the Disting Ex are very usable for this.
If you have none of these modules then maybe you have a smartphone. Both for Android and iPhone exist free apps that are able to measure the frequency of a sound. Just play the Oscillator through a speaker and look at your phone.
