Hmm. For "SHIFT+OK+DOWN" I probably would need two hands as I'm not good at three key shortcuts with one hand. All the two key shortcuts I do with one hand (and via muscle memory). Your mileage may vary.
When you say "a lot faster" you mean 1 second (or maybe 2 seconds)?
When we go with 2 seconds and you create 30 clones of this type in a project that does indeed save quite some time...
Just out of curiosity and because my workflow seems to be different:
When I create clones and copies and basically work on the structure of a project the most time is spend by me thinking about what to do, i.e. I have periods where I just sit in front of the NerdSEQ looking at the sequencer screen contemplating, maybe listening and am not typing away.
Do you have breaks like that as well?
