Not quite sure what you are asking.
Tracks 7/8 can be Midi/Cv16/Trigger16 beside Audio tracks.
Regular CV/Gate Tracks (Modular tracks) are tied to tracks 1-6. You also have "just" 6 CV/Trigger/Mod output triple. However you can access all CV/Gate outputs via FX from every track.
As I said, I'm not sure what you are asking. Maybe the above answers your question anyway

Expanders can be assigned to Track 7+8
FX Lanes from every track got also functionality to manipulate outputs from other tracks.
It's actually not sample tracks but audio tracks which can be more than only sample playback but also oscillators, FM Synth, noise generator
The audio outputs can be only used for audio, though some people use these as additional trigger output (using kind of 'trigger' samples). Gates or CV voltages are not possible because of the AC coupling
