Screen/Scroll Snap

I would love one of two features that could be included in the settings:

When I'm navigating down a pattern when I reach 0F




It would "Snap" after I pass 0F to the next 16 steps with my cursor wrapped back to the top:



And if I were to scroll back up from 10, it would snap back and start the cursor on the bottom at 0F.

OR if the cursor could automatically move back to the top of the pattern when using UP/DOWN key.

It would also be really nice if it snapped when using the Scroll option, so you see it in 16 step chunks instead of just following a live scroll.  Much easier to read/follow that way.

(But with an option to specify the block length. Stop 4/4 supremacy !)
