I'd like to be able to select one (or more w/ Mark) pattern in the Sequencer screen and be able to transpose 1/12 up/down like you do in the Pattern screen for very fast on the fly using the Nerd button.  Would also make it super easy to clone patterns like basslines and transpose really fast instead of having to go inside the pattern every time to adjust all 64 steps.

Was about to post a very similar request - Would be really nice to have transpose options in the pattern nerd menu, so you can transpose a whole pattern from there without having to do any selection first.
