Great! From what I understand, the fonts have to be monospace, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Here's a few free fonts I think would be reasonable to try. Thanks!
Looks like I don't have the rights to attach ttf or zip to my forum message so here's the link to Dropbox folder with the fonts: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sdw3c8qrdi33n...KVJRa?dl=0
(names: Ubuntu Mono, EXCALIBUR MONOSPACE, Inconsolata, DejaVuSansMono and a bunch of others, licenses are also there)
Thank you!
Yes exact, monospace. ( I forgot how it was called).
Thanks i will check them out, convert them and see if they look nicely.
Unfournately i can't just import them (or load on the fly from the sd card), so there is some little work involved.
And there is still comic sans!

lol i didn't have my nerdseq at the moment the famed comic sans firmware was available so hugely missed on that.
and of course — the ability to load fonts on the fly isn't necessary, it's not a word processor haha
but if the one that looks nice and clean could be picked and made available in the firmware i'd be very happy. thanks!

I just checked the fonts and they all look quite the same. I will probably include one or max 2 if they look nice in the NerdSEQ.

First Font test (anonymous-pro). Need some finetuning though.

If I may chime in: Here is a nice comparison site for monospaced fonts for coding (one can type things change the fonts...) with links to where to get them: https://app.programmingfonts.org
I personally like (and cycle through) these: Space Mono, Hermit, Cutive Mono, and Noto Mono, and IBM 3270.
Only the last is not on above page, it can be found on github ( https://github.com/rbanffy/3270font )

Already looking good, thank you!
Also, if I could ask, what are these "*2, /2 and *4" indicators in the sequencer screen? couldn't find anything in the manual! Sorry about the offtopic.

Problem with this font is, it is too high compared to the width and so it looks ugly with spacing. But no worries, i will find some nice looking ones.
For the rest of your answer: Spoiler Alert! Think yourself what it could be....

Yes, kerning seems to be off but that's minor and might be the problem of the particular font. Again, thank you for your work on this already astounding piece of gear!
And yes, I think I know what the [spoiler alert] are! I am excited and (personally) hoping there will be odd (3, 5, etc) ones, too, for true polyrhythms and triplets.
