Here is a little case (work in progress) I am working on for the Nerdseq.

Cheers. I put a near final photo on the reddit synth sub. A lot of Spectrum and Nerdseq love out there. All I need now is the midi expander - would the Spectrum joystick work with it (as it uses the same port type as the sega controller I think)? 

Also, are there still plans for cartridges?  I could make one hell of an 8 bit SpectSeq rack if those are still planned...

Yes, they are still plans for cartridges. But i guess they won't fit in a too skiffy case (as the spectrum one). Or you do some magic and insert them on the sid ebehind where usually the cartridge port was

Do you use Marbles with NerdSeq? Seems difficult to do as Marbles lacks a reset input, no? I'm curious if/how you combine these.

In the video I linked to I'm using both. Marbles is being clocked by Nerdseq so they're both in time and then I've got 2 channels of random patterns from the Marbles and 2 tracks of sequenced patterns from Nerdseq. Just make sure all the oscillators are tuned to harmonise.

Recording Marbles variations into Nerdseq tracks is the best of both worlds.

... but each time you press play, isn't it going to be a little different since Marbles never gets a reset signal? This may not be the end of the world, depending on your goals, but with deja vu being a repeating, familiar sequence, it doesn't seem off the rails to want that sequence to start with your Nerdseq...

Doesn't have the marbles have a Reset input? Or doesn't it reset on pause maybe?
