Patch timing issue

Just checking something here...

When I have a patch loaded at the start of a pattern, I seem to get a very slight timing error in the playback. is this because its loading the patch first and as a result its throwing the timing off slightly?

noticeable when clocking other sequencers with a fast clock generated in a pattern. I'm using a patch on another track to open and close VCAs using the MOD outputs in the patch screen.

No timing issues arise when the patch is deleted from the pattern.

It shouldn’t affect the timing at all. How is the fast clock generated?
What’s in the patch? 
Maybe you can add the project file, so i can check out for any issues. But it might take some days. Off to Tokyo currently.
