This is a long shot, but I'd hate myself if I never requested this.
I'd love to see an expander with more sample support.
* A conciderably larger sample buffer.
* More audio format support
* If it had 16 outs I'd love the option of either mono or linking stereo outs per samples.
* Slicing
* ADSR + Loop points in samples
* Something like Renoise's autoseek function (not needing to trigger the sample to play it in the middle)
* Maybe some more DSP effects for audio
