When using an external clock, it's easy to "insta-pause" the NerdSeq by just stopping the external clock. Step stays where it was until the clock starts again.
When the NerdSeq is clock master, the only way I know to "stop playing right now" is Shift-Stop, which resets the step to start of pattern.
Is there a way to stop the NerdSeq clock immediately, such that it can be restarted without resetting the step to 0?
