Here's the current roadmap:

1st: Video Expander. Most probably ready within a month from now. Hardware is already produced and need only the finishing touch here.
2nd: USB-Midi Expander (with I2C), after that, but this needs more firmware work to properly integrate it ( 3 types of Midi and it's routing and I2C ). So I guess that is something for the summer or after the summer. The Hardware is currently in production and will be ready in a few weeks. That should all be fine then if they are no unexpected exceptions with the production coming up (you know the whole issue with the chip-shortage). I tried to arrange everything in a early stage, so that might most probably be fine for the first batch.

Just for my understanding w/r to connectors on the NerdSEQ:
The Video Expander is a NSA and the USB-Midi Expander replaces the Gamepad/2hp Midi Expander.

Correct?

Oh yes sure. I got to mention that of course.
All midi related through the midi port and all others through the NSA port.

Ouch.  I was hoping for 2hp.   I believe the earlier mockup was 4hp?  Oh well...

That was a I2C only device (actually not a mockup) in 4 HP. But the real thing will have 6 HP, 2 I2C ports, USB host + Device and more.
