CV input to MIDI track?

Can CV inputs be used as a CV to MIDI converter? Or can CV inputs record directly to MIDI tracks?

I have the MIDI/gamepad expander. Currently, I'm recording the 4 CV inputs live to 4 separate MODULAR tracks as Note CV. After recording, I'm then copying the CV note values from the 4 patterns of recorded notes, and pasting it in the 4 note columns of the MIDI track. Then going back and deleting the MODULAR patterns.

Is it possible in TRACK ASSIGN, or elsewhere, to have the 1-4 CV inputs map directly to the 1-4 note columns on a MIDI track? Both as LIVE & RECORD?

That is not possible. you could record one CV+Gate combo into a midi track, but 4 times CV is missing the Gate which is essential for midi.

Hi, I'm a newbie with the Trs Midi expander, and a short time with nerdseq.

I want to use marbles on cv input 1 and send it to midi track (then to bitbox micro) without having to copy/paste.
is it possible too?

Kind of an ugly work around, but if you need cv to midi, theres a few modules by befaco that do that, they have trs midi out too, I'd imagine this would solve your issue but just not a convinient way.

yes, I know the Befaco module but I thought that Nerseq had a solution for that job.
