CV Track feature requests

Hi!
- Automator -> CV Track Local Gate target (pleaseee pleasee! )
- An option to retrigger CV Track Envelopes and LFOs by the local gate. I mean if I launch an envelope on CV Track 3 and it is "active", it would be great to retrigger it automatically by the local gate 3.
- An option for unipolar envelopes in Add mode... I mean if a channel is set to C-5, the envelope should added to C-5.
That`s all, they would improve my workflow a lot!

Also, is there other way to support the firmware development than buying modules? I would be very happy to support your work.

Is there already.

If you use Gate 3 as the source, then it will fire the envelope when the gate is on and go to release when it is off. If it turns on again while it is in release it will go to the attack phase again.

There is no Add mode. But if you route an envelope through an automator, then you can get the add mode easily. The only thing is that the resolution is going to be less. OK for slower envelopes but for super snappy ones it might not be enough.

By the way...there is an offset setting for the envelopes where you can at least adjust it to start at 'c-'5'

Uhh sorry, I think I wasn`t clear enough... so under "CV Track" I mean "NSA More CV 16 Track".  
and "NSA Envelopes" of course, not the native, built-in Envelopes.

Yes, the default "Modular Tracks" have the "Gate" target in the Automation screen, but not the "NSA More CV 16 Tracks". That would be awesome too.


Envelopes:
Yes, I`m aware of the built-in Envelopes can be linked to the Local Gates, but the same behavior would be amazing with the NSA More CV 16 Track Envelopes.

For example let`s say I`m using 4 envelopes in one NSA More CV 16 Track. Now I have to do something like this:
   

With auto-triggering it would look like this:
   

So I could use the freed-up space to offset the envelopes like this:
   
It would be so awesome!

I hope this makes sense now.

Oh ok I see.
There will be no Gate destination for the CV expander. You maybe can trick it act like this using automators, but gates are really a Trigger output or trigger expander thing.
The triggers in the CV16 since the latest version are just simple ones and they will also stay like this.

Also the gating into the CV expander envelopes is nothing I ever planned. If, then I would need to add a bunch of source/destination settings for each CV16 modulator which would be way too much for a rare usecase.
Retriggering is possible and offset is also already possible. (use the add instead of pure)
You could fire the envelopes from another column and change the note on one column or via the FX lanes.

I mean a "Gate" destination for the "NSA More CV 16 Tracks" in the Automation Screen.
The native default "Modular Tracks" have CV, Mod and Gate destinations in the Automation Screen::
   
   
   

And the "NSA More CV 16 Tracks" have also (Local) CV and MOD destinations in the Automation Screen::
   
   
But I`m missing here the Local Gate destination... That would be awesome!
So it has nothing to do with the NSA More CV 16 Expander itself, since it`s just about the Local Gate.

Yes, I`m totally aware of that and using them every time.

Nooo, I did not mean that. There is no need to add any parameters.
I mean when I`m launching a NSA envelope on NSA track 3, it should be re-triggered later by the Local Gate 3.

I mean in 99.999% of the synths if you have multiple envelopes for one voice (pitch env, filter cutoff env) they are triggered together in the same time and usually you dont want to trigger them individually.

Now if I`m programming one voice using one CV Expander Track I have to trigger the voice itself (Local Gate) and all the NSA Envelopes individually - in the same time.
It would be cool to re-trigger the "active" NSA Envelope automatically by the Local Gate.
I mean for example if I launch NSA 3/Envelope 5 on NSA CV Expander Track 3`s CV out 8, that Envelope should memorize that it was started by NSA CV Expander Track 3 and later when a Local Gate 3 happens, it sould be re-triggered automatically. Because the Envelopes I`m starting on Track 3 are for the same voice and should triggered together.

I mean this should be a property or a setting of a More CV Track... just an on/off, like "Link Envelopes to the Local Gate".

Ahh, I hope it makes sense now.
