Expand inputs and outputs

Inputs 1-4 get expanded to allow more actions such as

• passing CV to tracks 7 and 8 CV/trigger 
  
• toggle FX
  
• change per settings such as track length, clock probability
  

Another feature could be expanding the track outputs to be used in other ways such as 

• set CV and Mod outputs to be trigger outputs \\
  
• using outputs as clock dividers and multipliers
