add midi FX for program change

For some (most?) midi synths, you need to send two bank select CCs (msb and lsb) before you send a PC command. If we had an FX program change, then we could do it all on the same row with FX1, FX2, and FX3. Or maybe just a setup option to send FX before PC.

I am aware of this. That’s why it is already in there ;-)
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!
