Roller/looper
#1
It would be really cool to have a touch loop style command like the beatstep pro "roller" feature and similar concepts on some other sequencers.

Basically, you'd hold a button down and it would loop a certain period until you let go, and then it would jump ahead to the current song position as if you'd just let it keep playing.

So maybe shift+down+an arrow key would loop different divisions (up could be 1 beat, down could be .5 beat, left could be .25 beat, right could be .125 beat or something) for more performance options.

Here is a video of the concept on the beatstep pro, starting at around 10:25:

haha, lasts 10 seconds Smile But i get the idea.
Definitely possible, but i need some time for it. For sure not in the next release.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!  Smile

For live looping and interaction with the whole sequencer? I think you may be misunderstanding what I’m looking to do. I know you can add repeats and arpeggios with the tables and triggers columns but this is a live performance feature request as opposed to something I want to pre program.
