MIDI control of pedals via cc (control preset fx)

Hi,

I'm trying to control some of my MIDI guitar pedals using my NERDSEQ and running into difficulty.  

In the NERDSEQ, I have Track 1 set to a base of MIDI channel 16, which controls my Bitbox (listening on MIDI channel 16) just fine.  

I'm trying to use the control preset fx, to send MIDI cc values out on a different MIDI channel, to my pedal.  In the track setup, I have a control preset set to cc 15 (which controls the mix of one of my Chase Bliss pedals), and in my pattern Fx, I use this to send cc 15 a value on MIDI channel 4 (my Dark World pedal), via my Morningstar MC6 MIDI controller pedal.  I have a laptop running MIDI monitor connected to the MC6 pedal, so it lets me see what MIDI data is coming through.  

On the MIDI monitor, I can see the Note on and off going through on MIDI channel 16 (i.e. notes that trigger samples on my Bitbox), but no cc message on MIDI channel 4.  When I use control change free, and a similar message (value X to cc 15), then I see cc value X come through, but on MIDI channel 16, as expected  So there is a flow of MIDI that goes through to my pedal board, but not when I try to use the control preset fx, to send cc values to other MIDI channels than the base one.

Perhaps it's something obvious, or perhaps it's a bug?  This is on firmware 1.25 A.

If I create a MIDI track with base channel 4 (same as my pedal listens on), and use control change free, the messages go through and change my pedal’s values as expected.

I will test this today. I am not aware that this doesn’t work.

I just tested the CC presets with base channel 16 and on FX 1 sending this CC to another midi channel. It does work well here and MidiOX is correctly showing the correct CC data on the good channels.

Is it possible the gear in between is filtering something?
Else send me the project where I only have to press play and it should send out the data you expect. Then I can see if there is something I am missing.
