FW 1.26 RC6 : "a probability of 0 will now avoid the playback of the probability part

FW 1.26 RC6 :
"a probability of 0 will now avoid the playback of the probability part"

This works as expected. However, when I try to manipulate the value of the probability via the automators it doesn't change accordingly.
For example

Pattern 01 fx rows are as such

So what I'm trying to achieve is that the pattern cycles continuously by the FX1, until it "breaks" to the next pattern by FX3, however the chance for that to happen (breaking to the following pattern by FX3 brk000) is determined by FX2 - prf3 000.
So far so good..pattern 01 will endlessly cycle through itself because there is a 000 chance for FX3 (brk000) to happen...

Yet when I do this in the Automator section:

automate 1 column 1: 05 (FX2 overrule) by CV1 input. I ensure to press play on the Automator...

I test if this works by feeding CV1 either a high or low gate (not alternating but a constantly high or low), so theoretically should overrule fx2 (probability fx 3 000) and there for the chances for the given pattern to break to the next one, from no chance at all - gate low, to %100 chance - gate high...

Yet nothing actually happens, the value of probability fx 3 doesn't change at all and the pattern keeps cycling endlessly...

Am I doing something wrong here? Or is this a bug?

The automator FX overrule does overrule only on change. So if you don't change the CV input then the FX stuff is not going to be overruled.
You better choose probability as the destination because this will change the probability directly.

So in that case, would I still need the fx 2 column affecting the probability of fx 3 (that will then also be ruled by the automator fx probability)?
Or should I eliminate fx2 from the process, and just have the automaton control the probability of fx 3?
